you have to embrace the days when you can honestly say "life is good." you have to hold onto that feeling for the rest of the days.

just the feeling. not the memories. because they will only make you yearn for the past. memories are for happy times. they are not a cheery companion on dark days.

my mom was right. there are things you have to write down, little things that make you happy. because on the bad days you'll never remember them on your own.
